Congratulations to my brother Kurt and his wife Alice! They finally had their baby boy, Kurt Charles Hansen Jr. or Charlie, as they're calling him. He weighs 7 pound, 4 ounces and was born at about 2 pm today. Her original due date was September 23rd...I can't believe how patient Alice was waiting almost 2 whole weeks past her due date to have the baby! It was also cool to be able to find out whether it was a boy or a girl, since they chose not to find out until he was born! This is their first baby and the 28th grandchild for my parents. We are so excited for them and Will is even more excited to have another cousin so close to his age! We think he looks a lot like Kurt. And I'm sure he will be one heck of a pianist.

Congrats to Kurt. He will be a great father. Just like Napolean.
So will you be blogging about all of Kuju's adventures? Then he'll have to go to your blog to get the various comments of how cute he is.
We're home from the hospital. And Charlie's cuteness has already far exceeded what was thought possible. Even Napoleon wasn't this cute. Thanks for posting some pictures! We'll send some more in an e-mail.
Heidi! Thanks for the post! And also thanks for your diaper post a while back. It has already come in handy. And I'm already super tired...Charlie keeps the same hours as Kurt wishes he could (ie staying up ALL night long)!
